  (1) Membership Registration and Management
  Confirmation of intent to register, identification and authentication, maintenance and management of membership status, prevention of fraudulent use of the Service, notifications, restrictions on members violating the Terms of Use, sanctions for actions that disrupt the smooth operation of the Service or involve fraudulent use, restrictions on registration and number of registrations, and confirmation of intent to withdraw.

  (2) Provision of Goods or Services
  Provision of services through web/mobile websites or applications, purchase and payment processing, delivery, content provision, personalized services, identity verification, point accumulation and usage, and resolution of issues related to service use.

  (3) Service Improvement
  Enhancement of services provided through web/mobile websites or applications to optimize delivery to users' information and communication devices, development and improvement of services, and compilation of service-related statistical data.

  (4) Handling Complaints
  Verification of the complainant's identity, confirmation of complaint details, contact and notifications for fact-finding, and notification of resolution outcomes.

2. Items Collected
ID (email address), account information set by the user through integration with external services such as Naver, Facebook, KakaoTalk, Apple, etc., nickname, password, full name (first and last name), date of birth, mobile phone number, and self-introduction.

3. Retention Period
Collected personal information is used from the time of membership registration until one year after membership withdrawal.
