[ Music Distribution Notice ]

IGNITE distributes the track an artist completes in the competition to music streaming platforms in Korea and worldwide. Distribution is carried out through IGNITE's distribution partner PLPL (operated by Rhoonart Co., Ltd.). By submitting your track and applying for distribution, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms below.

1. What, Where, and For How Long
- Covered content: the audio you submit, cover (jacket) image, lyrics, and related promotional videos.
- Territory: Republic of Korea and worldwide.
- How: IGNITE and its distribution partner distribute, deliver, and sell your content on an exclusive basis during the term.
- Term: 3 years from the date of your distribution request. It auto-renews for successive 3-year periods unless either party gives notice at least 30 days before expiry.

2. Fees & Settlement 💰
A total distribution fee of 20% is deducted from the revenue (royalties) generated by distribution, and the remainder is paid to the participating artists.

- Distribution partner (Rhoonart / PLPL): 10%
- IGNITE: 10%
- Artist payout (after other costs): ~80%

- In addition to the 20% above, overseas platform fees, country-specific taxes (withholding), copyright royalties, neighboring-rights royalties, and currency-exchange fees may be deducted before settlement, as required by applicable law and terms.
- Settlements are tallied monthly and paid in cash to your designated account by the end of the following month.
- The first settlement begins only after 2 full months (domestic) / 3 full months (international) from the service start date.

3. Rights Warranty & Responsibility ⚠️
- You warrant that you hold lawful and valid rights to the submitted audio/content and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, neighboring rights, or likeness rights.
- You will not enter into overlapping distribution agreements for the same content with any other distributor.
- If a legal dispute with a third party arises from your content, the responsibility and costs rest solely with the submitting artist (rights holder).
- For team tracks, all team members are deemed to have agreed on the credits and revenue split.

4. Good to Know
- This notice is a plain-language summary. The full and binding terms are governed by PLPL's "Digital Content Distribution Terms."
- It may take time for a release to be reviewed and to appear on platforms after you apply.
- You may end the agreement through the applicable process; even after termination, settlement obligations for revenue already earned remain in effect.

✅ By submitting your track and applying for distribution, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms above and to PLPL's "Digital Content Distribution Terms."
