Operation Policy

[ Service Operation Policy ]

Ignite has established and enforces community usage rules, announcements, and regulations on content, comments, and other activities to ensure enjoyable, healthy, and pleasant Service use. All content uploaded within the Service is monitored, and content violating the operational policies below may be subject to restrictions, hiding, blocking, deletion, or penalties without prior warning, depending on the circumstances.

If you encounter content, emails, 1:1 messages, comments, projects, nicknames, or profile pictures that violate the Terms of Use or operational policies, please report them using the "Report" button for prompt processing. For reporting, minimal logs are collected and stored for content processing and system operations.

The definitions of terms used in the operational policies follow the Terms of Use. Please adhere to the standards below for an enjoyable Service experience.

A. Scope of Regulation
1. All communication activities within the Service, including content, announcements, messages, comments, profile pictures, nicknames, self-introductions, and career information, as well as user-generated text, photos, videos, audio, and account-related information (e.g., login email, unique nickname, profile picture, introduction) (collectively, "Content").
2. Content containing the following, as per the Company's Terms of Use, the Information and Communications Deliberation Regulations of the Korea Communications Standards Commission, and the Juvenile Protection Committee's deliberation regulations, is deemed to violate operational policies.

B. Regulated Items

1) Obscene Content
- All provocative actions for sexual gratification, including excessive exposure.
- Directly or indirectly exposing private body parts (e.g., genitals, pubic hair, anus, buttocks, or female breasts) or through transparent clothing.
- Engaging in or soliciting others to engage in sexual activities.
- Engaging in chats, comments, or content with sexual themes.
- Displaying sexual images, pornographic videos, or tools (e.g., masturbation devices).
- Directly or indirectly depicting sexual activities, including same-sex or opposite-sex acts or masturbation, using body parts or sexual devices.
- Content involving minors in sexual activities (e.g., sexual exposure).
- Exposing body parts while wearing school uniforms to resemble minors.
- Directly depicting or glorifying sexual crimes, such as sexual violence, rape, or gang rape.
- Depicting abnormal sexual activities, such as bestiality, necrophilia, group sex, or sexual torture.
- Sexual contact or acts perceived as masturbation, even in clothed or semi-clothed states.
- Promoting inappropriate encounters, such as adult phone chats, adult video calls, adult massages, adult site promotions, group sex arrangements, or paid sexual partnerships.
- Inducing expressions depicting genitals or sexual acts.
- Any other obscene content.

2) Illegal Activities
- Glorifying, soliciting, or encouraging crime-related content.
- Drinking or smoking during broadcasts.
- Stimulating or glorifying illegal activities, such as sexual violence or drug use.
- Detailed depiction of crime methods or outcomes that may encourage criminal behavior.
- Content involving obscene, violent, sexual, death, drug-related, or other adult themes unsuitable for minors.
- Actions threatening minors' emotional or physical health.
- Promoting obscene information, illegal businesses, or illegal gambling sites.
- Soliciting or inducing murder.
- Selling or promoting illegal products.
- Distributing or inducing the installation of viruses, malicious code, or harmful programs.
- Any other content violating laws or regulations.

3) Harmful to Juveniles
- Detailed descriptions of harmful drugs, objects, or explosives that encourage use or mediation.
- Encouraging or mediating inappropriate relationships for juveniles.
- Content involving anti-social activities, such as running away, violent groups, or suicide, that solicits or glorifies such behavior.
- Glorifying or encouraging harmful drugs/objects or crimes.
- Detailed descriptions of the effects or production methods of harmful drugs/objects that encourage production or use.
- Any other content harmful to juveniles.

4) Copyright Infringement
- Infringing on the copyrights or other rights of other users or third parties.
- Actions reported by copyright holders for infringement.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights of the Company or third parties.
- Unauthorized posting, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of materials without copyright holder permission.
- Sharing or distributing materials that disable technical protection measures for copyright, such as CD key generators, bugs, or hack programs.
- Selling online/offline content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, such as obscene content, utilities, games, or movies.
- Infringing on trademarks or design rights.
- Any other content infringing on copyrights.

5) Infringement of Others' Rights
- Unauthorized posting or leaking of third-party personal information, violating privacy or portrait rights.
- Defaming or spreading false information about individuals or groups.
- Using profanity, defamation, or vulgar expressions to insult or cause discomfort to others.
- Content causing defamation or harm to reputation.
- Engaging in prank calls or actions causing harm to others.
- Any other content infringing on others' rights without legitimate authority.

6) Violation of Public Morals (Profanity, Violence, Hate)
- Linking to or including gruesome scenes, such as bodily harm or excessive blood, causing disgust.
- Including extremely dirty, cruel, or repulsive content that may cause discomfort.
- Including threatening scenes (e.g., brandishing knives or guns).
- Stimulating or glorifying degenerate acts, such as sexual violence, drug use, violence, theft, or tattoos.
- Using profanity or verbal violence to insult or cause discomfort or disgust.
- Depicting or glorifying violence against vulnerable groups, parents, or teachers.
- Glorifying or encouraging criminal behavior or criminals.
- Distributing information inducing suicide or self-harm, violating the Suicide Prevention Act.
- Any other content violating relevant laws, encouraging violation of public morals, or breaching these Terms.

7) Prohibited Promotional and Sales Activities
- Content related to prohibited item sales, illegal gambling, or restricted items under the Telecommunications Business Act.
- Promoting contests, external activities, recruitment, events, performances, or movies.
- Promoting apps, websites, SNS, blogs, cafes, stores, or services.
- Requesting account sharing, sales, promotions, introductions, or proxy posting for viral events.
- Using the Service contrary to its intended purpose by including commercial or promotional content.

8) Abuse and Misuse
- Creating content by manipulating programs.
- Repeatedly posting or spamming indiscriminately.
- Abusing the reporting function.
- Manipulating public opinion using anonymity.
- Posting external links without content, forcing or inducing use of external services, or encouraging Service abandonment.
- Posting content irrelevant to the board or community rules.
- Impersonating the Company or exercising unauthorized authority or disclosing information.
* Comments with inappropriate content receiving multiple reports may be deleted without warning, and members repeatedly violating or posting irrelevant comments (e.g., URLs, images) or offensive comments may have their comment function permanently restricted.

9) Miscellaneous
- Indirectly or implicitly engaging in the above actions.
- Attaching files, images, or videos related to the above actions.
- Any other actions achieving similar purposes to the above.
- Any actions contrary to the Service's intended purpose.
- Any content violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
* Actions insulting or damaging the reputation or credibility of the Company or Service may result in immediate permanent restrictions.

C. Measures

1) Service Usage Restrictions
- Violating the regulated items may result in warnings, usage restrictions, or limitations on Service access. Severe or repeated violations may lead to immediate permanent restrictions, regardless of the number of warnings.

2) Restrictions Based on Violation Frequency
- 3 warnings: 7-day suspension and login restriction.
- 5 warnings: 30-day suspension and login restriction.
- 10 warnings: Permanent suspension and login restriction.

3) Miscellaneous
- Content or comments deleted due to internal regulation violations may be stored by the Company for up to 30 days. The Company is not liable for inquiries or disputes regarding deleted content.
- The Company and its affiliates bear no responsibility for legal disputes between users arising from violations of the above items.

D. Restrictions for Minors
All inappropriate use or exploitation by minors within the Service is strictly regulated.

E. Objection Process

1) Definition
An objection is a request to restore content that was legitimately created but restricted due to reasons such as harmful content or copyright issues.

2) Objection Submission Method
- If you have objections to actions taken for operational policy violations, you may submit an objection via email to igniteofficial.0@gmail.com.
- Evidence proving ownership or rights must be submitted for objection processing.
- If the objection is accepted, restrictions will be lifted, and the regulated account or content will be restored.
